Falah International School-DPS in Jeddah honored the top scorers in the CBSE examination for Grade I to XI in an award-giving function on June 20 at DPS auditorium. The shining stars of DPS - Juna Khaleel and Anam Ahsan – achieved A1 grades in all subjects with CGPA 10 in the board examination held by CBSE in March. Out of 38 students who took the tests, 19 got more than 9 CGPA, thus providing the best results among the CBSE schools in the Kingdom. Indian Consul General Syed Ahmed Baba, the guest of honor at the function, congratulated the students for their outstanding performances and gave away the mementos and certificates. Several consulate officials, principals of other schools and members of Parents' Advisory Council attended the function. The director of the Institution addressed the audience and congratulated parents, teachers and students. “The real award is the knowledge a student gained in the process of learning,” he said.
