Handbag snatcher caught in Makkah

A young man was arrested by police on Saturday after undercover officers observed him snatching handbags in the central zone of Makkah. A police spokesman said that surveillance had uncovered an abandoned house in the Al-Otaibiya district where the thief had hoarded 12 bags stolen from women.
