Control and Investigation Board (CIB) monitoring has shown that seven government agencies are violating Royal Directive No. 891/M, dated March 20, 2009, which urges government authorities to expedite completion of citizens' and expatriates' transactions and cases. The CIB confirmed that the ministries of Culture and Information, Municipal and Rural Affairs, Higher Education, Education, Interior, Water and Electricity, Agriculture as well as Saudi Post have taken too long to complete transactions and not abided by their supervisory roles. Dr. Fahhad Al-Hamad, chairman of the Administrative and Human Resources Committee in the Shoura Council, said the committee has made its recommendations on the CIB report. He drew attention to the fact that the CIB concerns all 13 committees of the Shoura Council.
