year-old man driving a black car was arrested Saturday by western Riyadh's police patrols at Al-Suwaidi District shortly after he allegedly attempted to kidnap a boy and a woman. The suspect used a plastic pistol and a dagger in his attempt to force the boy and the woman into his car but the latter's screams for help made the culprit flee the scene. A police statement said the patrols received a report and combed the area and that they used force to stop the suspect's car.
