The Advanced Electronics Company (AEC) has signed a cooperation agreement with Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) for employing more Saudis and providing them with necessary training at the company. The company's Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ghassan Bin Abdulrahman Al-Shibl said 77 percent of the 2,100 employees of the company are Saudis. “Moreover, more than 90 percent of these Saudis are working in the company's engineering and technical fields,” he added. Dr. Al-Shibl stressed that the company is moving forward in achieving its national goal of Saudi local contents of technology through expanding of the employment of the qualified Saudi cadres.
