Directives have been issued to all health service providers in the city to prominently display the email account in their health centers, Dr. Badawood said, adding that he himself will check inbox. “The government has spent billions of riyals on high quality of health care services,” Dr. Badawood said. He said workers in health centers can also send their complaints and suggestions since the objective of the email account is to enhance performance by fighting bureaucratic red tapes.
