The Indian International School Parents Forum (ISPAF) held the best parents award ceremony at the Impala Auditorium in Jeddah's Sharafiya district last week. The best parents award went to the parents of the students of the IISJ who topped the 10th and 12th standard CBSE. The awardees are Subia Rashid's parents Rashid Uz Zaman and his wife; Mohammed Nadeem and his wife, the parents of Monisa Nadeem; Imranuddin Azizuddin Khan and his wife, parents of Fardeen Ahmed; Ashraf Elat Valiyagath and his wife, parents of Afroz Shahana. Amir Dawood Patel and his wife, parents of Lubna Amir Patel; Asfa Rafique, the mother of Essam Rafiq. In hand to give the awards were Justice Shamsudin; Salah Karadan, chairman of the IISJ Management Committee; Sayed Masood Ahmed, IISJ principal; Justice Abdul Gafoor, Riaz Mulla, director of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and P.M. Tajuddin - IISJ Management Committee member. Hassan Hassainar, president of Indian School Parents Forum, presided over the function. Noufal Palakkoth, an IISJ senior teacher, presented the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE), the new evaluation method introduced by CBSE.
