An official source denied what was published by the French Le Figaro newspaper on its website on June 30 quoting King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, as saying that two states in the region – Israel and Iran – do not deserve to exist. In a statement to SPA Thursday, the official source said the report is totally untrue and expressed astonishment that the newspaper published such false information without verifying it from its sources. The source said that the Kingdom's stand is clear. The source expressed hope that the reputed newspaper would deny the report so as to confirm its credibility.
