A flash flood submerges a main street in a town in Jizan Tuesday. Heavy rains accompanied by high winds struck across the southern province, with the areas of Faifa, Al-Aaridha, Al-Harth and Al-Aidabi being the hardest hit. Electric storms caused power cuts and many roads were blocked by rockfalls. No casualties were reported, but Civil Defense officials asked the public to proceed with extreme caution in the hazardous conditions.
