An Asian driver moments after he was caught red-handed by the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, the Hai'a, and security men, allegedly trying to kidnap a boy in Khamis Mushayt on Sunday night. The man was allegedly intent on raping the boy on his residence. The Hai'a apprehended the man in Khamis Mushayt market after it had received a written complaint from a relative of the boy. The letter claimed that the boy was being harassed by the driver, who had also allegedly shown him pornographic clips on his mobile. The driver was kept under surveillance and then nabbed. – Okaz/SG.
