Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz, Emir of Riyadh Region and Chairman of the Higher Commission for the Development of Ar-Riyadh (HCDA), signed here Sunday a contract for constructing the penal court in Riyadh. The contract, worth SR352.4 million, was signed with the Saudi-Lebanese Contracting Company. Abdul-Latif Bin Abdul-Malik Ashaikh, member of HCDA, said the building includes offices of 48 judicial councils and five judiciary halls, in addition to various administration offices, meeting rooms, a library and other utilities. The project will be implemented on an area of more than 100,000 square meters within 36 months. __
