King Abdulaziz University will organize in cooperation with the King Abdul Aziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity, “Mawhibah”, a forum on “Medical Electronics” during the summer vacation.?Dr Zia Al-Othmani, the supervisor general of the center of the gifted at King Abdulaziz University, reiterated the keenness of the center to organize such forums and training programs, noting that the United States Department of Labor expects that medical engineering will be at the top of required scientific specializations by 2018. he said that a number of programs will be offered to help develop the skills of talented students, among which will be specialized courses in multimedia, media production, and web designing. There will also be technical courses certified and approved by the General Organization for Technical Education and Vocational Training (GOTEVOT). These courses, Al-Othmani said, will help students develop skills, and increase creative thinking and self-expression through the art of communication which will help give them a positive outlook on life.
