Two Moro fighters were killed while 10 soldiers were wounded when a gun battle erupted Sunday between government troops and forces from the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and Abu Sayyaf in Basilan province, the military said. Marine Commandant Maj. Gen Ben Dolorfino said the clash started when an undetermined number of MILF fighters attacked a detachment of the Marine Battalion Landing Team-8 in Tongbato village in Ungkaya Pukan in Basilan province around 5:45 A.M. Dolorfino said a government reinforcement was sent but the team's V150 tank hit a landmine that injured 10 soldiers. Dolorfino said the MILF rebels were led by one Commander Hudli Maya and were supported by Abu Sayyaf group. __
