The Ambassador of Pakistan Umar Khan Ali Sherzai called on Prince Naif Bin Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior here Tuesday night. He conveyed the greetings of Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani for the tremendous progress in all fields achieved by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the past five years under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, which has brought a new era of development, security, stability and social cohesion. Sherzai added that the Kingdom has extended tremendous services to Muslims all over the world and that Muslim countries consider the King to be their leader in all matters. The Ambassador apprised Prince Naif of the problems faced by the Pakistan community in the Kingdom. Prince Naif said that Saudi Arabia values its fraternal relations with Pakistan and wants to see it a prosperous and developed country. He thanked Sherzai for the kind sentiments shown by the Pakistani nation and its leadership for the Saudi people and their government. He expressed his appreciation of the Ambassador's concern about the problems of the Pakistani Community and assured him of resolving those problems on a priority basis.
