A 41-year-old Bangladeshi man in Qalwa had 7,700 riyals stolen from his account on Sunday after his ATM card was switched without his knowledge. Police said they were in pursuit of the thief, who replaced the original card with a similar out-of-date one and later withdrew the cash from the victim's account.
