Pakistani hospitalized by wife-stabbing

A fight between a Pakistani couple led to a man being hospitalized with serious stab wounds and his wife taken into custody by police on Sunday.
A spokesman for Eastern Province Police said that the injured man's wife initially claimed that an unknown person entered their house and stabbed him, but later retracted the claim, telling investigators that she stabbed him in the stomach after a fight. Police have yet to question the woman's husband due to the “seriousness of his condition”.
