A committee of inspectors from Al-Aziziyah Municipality, the Police Department and the Passports Authority on Friday night staged a campaign to round up peddlers and seized 13 peddler carts, seven vans for sale of water of unknown brands, and 17 wooden carts used for display of food and vegetables. The raid first targeted vegetable and fruit peddlers who tried to flee upon spotting inspectors. Samples taken from the 13 peddler carts will be tested at the central laboratory. - Okaz __
