A Civil Defense firefighting aircraft drops water onto a building under construction on the King Fahd Highway in north Riyadh Tuesday after a fire broke out on the top two floors. The blaze lasted three hours as two helicopters fought strong winds to prevent it spreading to lower stories of the 19-floor building. No casualties were reported.
