Police have arrested one person connected with 12 sites in the mountains of Balqaran used to produce alcohol. Police said they discovered the sites along remote mountain tracks and seized large numbers of containers and equipment used for alcohol production. “One person was prevented from escaping, and we are searching for the others involved,” said a local police officer.
