The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs has ordered all mayoralties and municipalities across the country to withdraw and ban all products of the American Lipton Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd because it claimed that its products Green Coffee and Slimming Green Tea contain unnatural substances that that help in reducing weight. After analyzing the company's product, the ministry's statement said it found that the tea is adulterated with Sibutramin, a chemical substance that is used for reducing weight. The Saudi Arabian Food and Drug Authority discovered the adulteration of the product. It said the studies conducted on the product showed that it endangers people's lives and also has side effects that can cause great damage to the heart. The ministry also banned the entry of all products manufactured by the Malaysian Power Root Company because of the possible harm to consumers.
