Prince Sultan Bin Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz, President of the General Presidency of Youth Welfare and President of the Saudi Sports Federation for Persons with Special Needs, lays the foundation stone for a special needs sports hall at the Prince Faisal Bin Fahd Olympic Complex in Riyadh Tuesday. “This will be the Kingdom's first sports hall exclusively dedicated to special needs persons,” Prince Sultan said.” It will be equipped with all of the very best facilities required for them to practice sport.”
