An overflowing waste container blocks the traffic in Al-Nakkasah area in Makkah, Monday. The two executive and higher committees, which have been assigned to handle the issue of the five undeveloped districts in Makkah, including Al-Nakkasah, Al-Kidwah, Al-Zuhoor, Jabl Al-Sharashif and Ibrahim Al-Khaleel Street, are scheduled to meet next week to discuss plans for the development of these areas.
