South Korea's Pak Se-ri shot a six-under 66 Friday to take a one-shot lead over Brittany Lincicome and Wendy Ward at the $1.3 million LPGA Bell Micro Classic. Pak rolled in five birdies in a six-hole stretch on her final nine holes to top the second-round leaderboard at nine under on The Crossings course. Many of the players wore purple ribbons and wristbands with “EB” and a heart honoring Erica Blasberg, a 25-year-old tour player who was found dead in Las Vegas Sunday. The clubhouse flag was also at half-staff. Ward had the low round with a 65, six strokes better than her opening round. Lincicome came out quickly with birdies on six of her opening seven holes, but closed with a bogey on the final hole. Azahara Munoz was in a group of four players three strokes back after shooting a one-over 73. Two share lead In Balearic Islands, Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano of Spain three-putted the last hole to tie for the lead with Pelle Edberg of Sweden in the third round of the Mallorca Open Saturday. Fernandez-Castano had a 2-under 68 to go into the final round at 4 under overall with Edberg at the 6,915-yard Pula Golf Club. Edberg followed up his second-round 64 with a 71, mixing three birdies with four bogeys. James Kingston of South Africa, who was the overnight leader with Edberg, fell back to sixth after shooting 74. Scott Hend of Australia improved from ninth to third with a 66 to be a shot off the lead. Sweden's Peter Hanson and Spain's Alejandro Canizares were fourth, while England's Chris Wood was sixth alongside Kingston and Dane Mark Haastrup.
