Three Saudis were arrested in Al-Makhwa on Wednesday for “swindling people out of money”. The three, all in their thirties, are accused of taking money from the public claiming that they worked in completing government paperwork on their behalf, but instead they disappeared with the cash. A police spokesman said that officers were put on the case as soon as they received reports and that legal procedures would begin once investigations were complete.
