Police arrested on Wednesday a serial house burglar who staked out his targets and studied occupants' times of departure and arrival after he left a single fingerprint at the scene of his latest crime. Police said the thief, who operated exclusively in the Al-Safa District of the city, took extra caution to avoid leaving evidence of his identity, but became careless when he removed a glove to inspect a piece of gold.
