Swindler impersonates head of municipality

A swindler having a name similar to the head of North Jeddah Municipality succeeded in fooling five individuals into lending him SR70,000. The head of the municipality discovered the fraud when one of the victims contacted him for repayment of the “loan.”
After getting more calls for money, the head of the municipality alerted the police. - Okaz __
