No tropical cyclone was monitored within the Philippine area of responsibility, the state-run weather bureau said. Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds blowing eastward from the southeast will prevail over extreme Northern Luzon. Likewise, winds from the east and northeast will go over the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southeast to east will prevail over extreme Northern Luzon and coming from the east and northeast over the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao. “Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the east and northeast with slight to moderate seas except during thunderstorms,” Pagasa added. “The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough,” Pagasa warned.
