Mohsen Cargo Friends hit the right note when it overwhelmed Blue Star A 3-0 in a First Division match of the 13th SIFF-JNH Soccer 2010 at the Sharbatly ground here. The 13th championship which is being organized by Saudi Indian Football Forum (SIFF), is mainly sponsored by Jeddah National Hospital (JNH) and supported by Alpha Cargo, Comfort Travel Group, Eastern Curry Powder, Shifa Jeddah Polyclinic, Newsline Cargo and Al-Abeer Polyclinic. In the only match of the day, after teams took about ten minutes to settle down Mohsen Cargo-Friends suddenly stamped their class with a sudden move from the right culminating a clinical finish by Abdul Rafeeque. That was the tonic that Friends needed and there was no stopping them from there. They completely outplayed the rivals by pumping in two more goals before half time. After Abdul Azeez lobbed over an advancing goalkeeper for the second goal, Abdul Rafeeque again dazzled with a solo by dribbling past two defenders and finally the goalkeeper to make it 3-0. And that was the final nail. The second half was lackluster with only midfielder Ali of Blue Star fighting lone battle in vain. Friday's matches: International Indian School vs. Blue Star B (5.15 P.M.) and Real Kerala FC vs. Bharat Cultural Center (7.00 P.M.).
