year-old man swimming in the sea at Half Moon Bay in the Eastern Province was killed when he was hit by a speedboat. The swimmer, according to Col. Muhammad Bin Saad Al-Ghamdi, spokesman of the Frontier Guard in the Eastern Province, had gone outside of the swimming area. The man was rushed to King Fahd Military Medical Complex in Dhahran, but he died soon after arriving at the hospital. In another development, marine patrol teams of the Frontier Guard rescued a four-year-old girl from drowning in the sea.
