The two were out on a day-trip with their family when emergency rescue services were called to the scene and managed to extract the girl from rough seas and take her to hospital. An amateur fisherman, meanwhile, lost his life the same day in waters off Omluj. The man reportedly fell from his vessel and rescue teams, alerted by persons at the coast, arrived to extract his body from the waters.
