The coastal road three km from Al-Ghala checkpoint in northern Al-Laith Governorate was closed for over four hours when a tanker carrying fuel crashed into a small car and caught fire on Friday. According to security reports, the driver of the tanker fell asleep at the wheel and did not see the small car. The collision set off a fire that gutted the tanker.
