5,000 bottles of liquor destroyed

Customs personnel destroyed over 5,000 bottles of liquor in a desert area near the Kingdom's borders with the UAE, according to Dhaifallah Bin Badr Al-Otaibi, Director General of Al-Batha Customs. He said that Customs officers arrested a smuggler from an Arab country who tried to bring a consignment of liquor into the Kingdom hidden among officially declared goods.
