Two medical towers with cutting-edge technology will be built at a cost of SR500 million at King Faisal Hospital, according to Dr. Khaled Dhafar, Director General of Health Affairs in the region. Dhafar briefed Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, Emir of Makkah, on Saturday about the development and the launch of a website titled “Your Medical Consultant”. Dhafar said the medical towers project consists of 300 beds. They also have high-tech radiology laboratories. The current King Faisal Hospital building will be used for support services after completion of the medical towers project. The new website is the first of its kind in the Gulf region. It provides medical consultations in 30 specializations by 200 medical consultants in collaboration with American universities.
