An Arab man was arrested here on Sunday for “persistently harassing” a woman at a shopping center. The 40-year-old woman informed security guards at the center of the man's behavior, and he was restrained until the arrival of the Hai'a. The man, said to be in his twenties, has been handed over to police for investigation.
