Anoud Bint Abdullah Bin Mohammed Bin Abdurrahman, the spouse of Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, Emir of Makkah Region, is to open the 8th Charity Mart here on May 3. The mart under the motto “Color their lives,” organized by the Women Committee at King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Care Center for Disabled Children (KAACCDC) in collaboration with the Disabled Children's Association (DCA), at the Lailaty Hall, is expected to witness the attendance of many princesses, women diplomatic figures and female social elites. According to Princess Latifa Bint Thunayyan Bin Mohammed Al-Saud, head of the Women Committee at the KAACCDC, the mart aims at supporting disabled children in Jeddah and encouraging their artistic talents to prove their capability to be productive members in the society. “The mart also aims to increase awareness among society of an important social issue; disabled children,” Princess Latifa said. She extended her gratitude to Princess Al-Anoud for patronizing the event and said that Princess Al-Anoud is always keen to support charity works in all parts of the Kingdom.
