Germany was given one of three extra places by UEFA, and the German soccer league announced Sunday that Hertha had topped its rankings. The fair play rankings are determined by assessments made by UEFA delegates at all European matches for club and national teams. It includes positive play, respect for the opposition, respect for the referee and behavior of the crowd and team officials, along with yellow and red cards. England and Denmark also earned extra places. Real caps season Spanish league champion Real Madrid capped a record-setting season Sunday with a 5-2 win over Levante.
