Built by Boeing Co.'s Phantom Works, the 11,000-pound (4,990-kilogram) craft is 9.5 feet (2.9 meters) tall and just over 29 feet (8.8 meters) long, with a wingspan of less than 15 feet (4.5 meters). It has two angled tail fins rather than a single vertical stabilizer.
