Saudi Arabia's Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) announced a unique partnership with Priority Pass, which offers elite services at more than 600 airports in 300 major cities in more than 100 countries, making it the largest independent airport lounge access program, said a Mobily press release issued Sunday. The service gives access to more than 600 VIP lounges in various international airports all over the world, including most Middle Eastern countries, as well as 70 US airports. Priority Pass members can also gain access to domestic VIP lounges at Terminal 3 in Riyadh's King Khaled International Airport and the South Terminal of Jeddah's King Abdul Aziz Airport. With this new partnership, Mobily's subscribers can spare themselves undue stress during air travel by having access to VIP lounges at airports, regardless of class and airline. They can buy membership using their accumulated Neqaty points. At these lounges, they will enjoy refreshments and snacks, along with email, internet and conferencing space, all in a relaxing ambiance that takes away the hassles of flight delays and crowded departure terminals. To get Priority Pass membership, Mobily subscribers need to have at least 15,000 Neqaty points. All they need to do is to sign up to the service by simply logging on to the Neqaty page on Mobily's website ( HYPERLINK “http://www.mobily.com.sa/” www.mobily.com.sa) and redeeming their points to become a Priority Pass standard Plus or Privilege member. David Murphy, Mobily's Chief Marketing Officer, said that Mobily's ultimate goal is not merely serve its customers, but to provide superior service. “That means effective partnerships with Mobily's partners for the ultimate benefit of Mobily's subscribers,” he said. The agreement is part of Mobily's vision of an ongoing development process so as to provide world-class services to its customers. With new and unique products, the Neqaty program gives Mobily's customers access to a wide variety of products and services, while further widening Mobily's partner base. This, in turn, allows Mobily offering an array of different services, all to cater for the various needs and wants of its customers. Neqaty's points, in this regard, are as good as cash. Errol Mc Glothan, Priority Pass Sales and Marketing Director, said that his company is very glad for this agreement that aims to bring airport lounge access to Mobily customers. “We have an excellent range of lounges not only in the Middle East, but also more than 600 in total throughout the world, which can be used whenever Mobily customers are on the move. We are pleased to be associated with such a well-regarded brand in the Middle East.” Mc Glothan said.
