Four died while 42 were injured in a vehicular accident in Pe?ablanca town in Cagayan province in northern Luzon at around 3 P.M. Maundy Thursday. According to the Philippine National Police's (PNP) initial investigation, the passenger jeepney driven by Adrovir Allam was traversing the road in sitio Danna in Barangay Mangga, Pe?ablanca when the driver lost control of the vehicle causing it to turn upside down. Two passengers immediately died. One was declared dead, while another passenger died at the hospital. As of Friday morning, 5 passengers were in critical condition.
