Police investigate alleged suicide of 16-year-old girl

Security authorities are investigating the alleged suicide of a 16-year-old girl at her family's residence in Al-Rajihi District in Tabuk.
Preliminary inquiries showed that the girl allegedly hung herself with her head scarf in her room.
A team from Al-Azizyia police station in Tabuk led by Col. Othman Al-Nazawi rushed to the scene, along with experts from the Criminal Evidence Department.
Brig. Saleh Hamid Al-Harbi, the police spokesman in Tabuk said the girl had allegedly hung herself for reasons yet to be determined. The case was referred to the Investigation and General Prosecution in Tabuk.
