3 drunks with lights out

Three drunks in a car driving along a main road at night with its headlights switched off were arrested by police on Monday. Police received calls from pedestrians and other motorists alerting them to the vehicle and patrols swiftly moved to stop the vehicle and detain its occupants. Officials said they found a bottle of alcohol in the car.
