The Board of Director of Air Arabia said on Tuesday that the assembly approved the distribution of a cash dividend of 10 percent of the company's share capital. Air Arabia's net profit for the 12 months ending Dec. 31, 2009, stood at AED452 million, sustaining 2008 strong performance of AED454 million (excluding exceptional items). – SG The airline registered a turnover of AED2 billion in 2009.
