Microsoft's Internet Explorer the most popular web browser in the globe as, Net applications released their January browser market share report and it appears that Microsoft's Internet Explorer accounts more than 62.12 percent of the browser market globally, ahead of “Mozilla's Firefox” which attained 24.34 percent market share, while Google's Chrome browser got 5.22 percent, Safari 4.53 percent, also Opera 2.38 percent ,Opera Mini 0.59 percent ,while other browsers got 0.68 percent of browser market share globally. Abdulrahman Al-Qahtani Software solution advisory, Microsoft Arabia said in a press conference to highlight the latest technical features of Microsoft browser IE8 that “recently, Net applications released their January browser market share report and it appears that Microsoft's Internet Explorer8 (IE8) now has a 25.6 percent usage share, making it the most-used browser on the planet, and this achievement comes from the continues development of IE and adapting the concept “Genuine browser for the real world” which activate a platform of real interaction between the user and IE tools to fulfill their daily needs and lift them to a new phase of speed , convenience , and safety with high levels of protection. Al Qahtani added that “Microsoft developed Internet Explorer8 to focus on what matters most to people and in response to extensive customer research and input from tens of millions of customer sessions, not just a study of surface aspects as other refinement applications available in the market. And develop the tools to blur the lines between the services they use daily and the browser used to access the Internet securely at a greater ease of use.
