Women to be honored at Janadriya

The Women's Cultural Activity Committee at the Janadriya Festival will honor 43 exceptional women this year.
The women include Princess Adela Bint Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, Sheikha Bint Abdullah Al- Khalifa Al-Sabah from Kuwait, Mai Al-Khalifa and Khaldiya Bint Muhammad Al-Khalifa from Bahrain and Dr. Hessa Bint Khalifa Al-Thani from Qatar.
Other figures are Thuraiya Qabel from Saudi Arabia, Dr. Kaltham Jabr Al-Kuwari from Qatar, Asma Siddiq and Mouza Obaid Ghabbash from the UAE, Layla Al-Othman from Kuwait and Faeqa Al-Muayed from Bahrain. In addition, others to be honored include 25 female poets from the Kingdom and Gulf states and all heads of female literary clubs.
The women's event will be attended by Princess Nouf Bint Abdul Aziz. It will be held next Saturday at the King Abdul Aziz Historic Center.
A women's heritage event will take place at Janadriya on March 23.
