year-old boy was stabbed to death at a remote istiraha (resthouse) in the north of Hail on Saturday. The teenager was taken to Hail General Hospital with stab wounds to the chest and succumbed to his injuries shortly after, and after hospital authorities informed the police another teenager of the same age was detained over the incident. He is being held at a local youth detention center as investigations continue.
