Singapore, Nepal on top;Saudis out

Singapore and Nepal topped Group A and B respectively to qualify for the semifinals of the ACC Under-16 Elite Cup here Friday.
Both teams remained unbeaten in their 4-team groups. Malaysia and Hong Kong which stood second in Group A and B respectively also gained the last four berths.
Saudi Arabia which beat Thailand and lost to Singapore and Malaysia finished third and bowed out. In Group B Bahrain which beat Kuwait stood third.
Saudi Arabia results:
Singapore beat Saudi Arabia by 5 wickets. Saudi Arabia: 118 all out off 33 overs. Singapore: 119 for 5 after 23 overs.
Malaysia downed Saudi Arabia by six wickets. Saudi Arabia: 125 all out off 36.2 overs (M.Usman 37; N.Nabil 3-20, S.Ramli 4-25). Malaysia: 126 for 4 off 24.1 overs (A.Tajuddin 45*).
