A man in his twenties died in hospital on Wednesday after accidentally shooting himself in the stomach with a pistol he was cleaning at home. Police said that initial investigations pointed towards an accidental death, believing the shot to have been fired by mistake. A day earlier, police in the same area began investigations into a long-running grudge that resulted in the shooting of one man in the leg. The gunman is said to have harbored a desire for revenge for two years, and renewed the argument on Tuesday which resulted in him producing a gun. The victim is receiving treatment in hospital for a shot to the thigh.
