Arrangements are under way to implement the projects of the medical city in Najran region at a cost of over SR230 million. Salih Al-Zeiba, spokesman at the Health Directorate in Najran region, said the health projects which will be implemented on an area of 524,373 sq. meters include a 200-bed hospital, a service building, housing units for the nurses, a store and other facilities including water treatment station, sewage treatment station, fire extinguishing systems, and medical gas networks. The projects also include a psychiatric hospital with 200 beds, a dentistry center as well as an ophthalmology center.
