Eleven Yemeni overstayers were arrested here on Thursday for their alleged role in 211 theft cases in Jeddah and Makkah. The Yemenis had formed two groups, one keeping an eye on the arrival and departure timings of workers in different shops and the other to get the necessary tools to break the locks and carry out their thefts in record time. The gang members were put under strict surveillance and were nabbed as they were breaking into a shop. During interrogation the gang members confessed to 211 robberies in Makkah and Jeddah.
