The 12th Scouts Association meeting here recently approved this year's programs of the Saudi Arabian Boy Scouts Association. The meeting, under the chairmanship of Prince Faisal Bin Abdullah Bin Mohammed Al-Saud, Minister of Education and chairman of the Boy Scouts Association, also reviewed the performance of the organization during the past year. The meeting approved the Scouts celebration of the Saudi National Day, which this year begins in Najran. It also adopted a national project to protect the environment, the second phase of which will be implemented this year in the Ramah region and neighboring valleys. “The project was initiated last year and included all the regions and governorates of the Kingdom,” said Mohammed Al-Dukhaini, Ministry of Education spokesman.
